Our residences apply a dynamic rate which varied with varying of the availability, the rate that we will offer in this moment is the best price possible in this moment for the different type of apartment

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

In the period from 16/04 until the 22/05 and from 02/10 until 09/10

The generic consumption of water and current, the final cleansing excluded the cleansing of the kitchenette at the expense of the host.

The apartments will be delivered complete of furnishings bathroom and bed, if you stay a week at the half of this will be carried out a change of the linen from bathroom, the bed linen will be changed every seven days (possible with a cost extra an additional change)

Uses of the area plays for children, uses of the area barbecue and of the area gazebo equipped with tables and chairs, use of the swimming pool eventually covered and heated, with angle hydromassage. Included also use it of the swimming pool and the services of the other our residence the Green Village Resort that stay a few metres far.

In the period from 22/05 until the 02/10

In this periods will be guaranteed at the half of the week a change bed linen and from bathroom already, final cleansing (excluded kitchenette at the expense of the customer), generic consumption. For stays of two or more weeks the cleansing will be carried out exclusively to half of every week. Beginning from this date will be operating our equipped private beach with sunbeds, beach umbrellas and towels for the beach (opened from the 22/05 until the 02/10). Use of the area plays for children, uses of the area barbecue and the area gazebo equipped with tables and chairs, It's possible to use the swimming pool eventually covered and heated, with angle hydromassage. Included also the use of the swimming pool and the services of the other our residence the Green Village Resort that stay a few metres far.

Reception hours are from 09:00 to 20:00

Guests who arrive outside these hours must inform reception in order to receive instructions for the handing over of the keys, failure to do so may result in the apartment not being available or a charge of €15 being made for each hour’s delay.

Such discount will exclusively be applied on the price of the apartment, excluded the quotas Forfait Servizi, Tessera Club and Quota Cleaning to settle on the spot.

Besides who books and firm within 31/03/2011 the whole amount of the cost of the apartment (Tessere Club excluded, Quota Cleaning and Forfait Servizi) will have an Extra Discount.

NEWLY WEDS SPECIAL

A discount of 10% on the price of the apartment price for all periods excluding August.

This offer cannot be combined with any other offer and wedding certificate must be produced.

PENITENTIARIES AND CANCELLATIONS:

The cancellation of the stay carried out at least 30 days before the arrival date will not involve some penitentiary and the poured sum entire will be given back.

If the cancellation of the Stay will happen beyond the indicated term over the poured sum will come entire withheld and could be used from the customer, for a reason or purpose of confirmatoria deposit and for a stay to enjoy within the successive season, for if or a friend to which it will want to yield.
